4/25/2011 Girl scout Troop 1012

 Today girlscout troop 1012 came over for an ice cream making party! It was our way of saying thankyou for their support for Haiti! Last month,the girls and their moms collected,bought,and filled 3 big barrels to send down to Haiti! They included boxes they decorated & filled with jewelry,shampoo,brushes and all sorts of goodies that any young child would love to receive. And!  They raised the money themslves to pay for it all to be sent down! They have no idea how much it means to me to have their help and support. They are a gift from God and Im so greatful. I cant wait to see the faces of all those who will be receiving all these gifts and things to help make their lives a bit brighter! Thankyou to all the girls and moms, especially to Debbie Leva,the troop leader who allowed me to come to their meeting and share my story of these beautiful but poverty stricken people in Bizoton, Haiti.
